9.00 (very good) Definitely one of my favorite Super Robots. The designs are great and keep improving... the argument gets more and more interesting as the series keeps advancing, and the fighting scenes are pure epic.
The OVA is also great and epic... definitely one of the most powerful mechs

Sousei no Aquarion

Seen: completely; Own: completely;

Last Updated: Feb 16, 2011

8.50 (very good) It is one of my favorite mechs, it has a vast variety of attacks, which makes it not as limited as military stuff. In terms of story, plot and all the good stuff, it is complex and deep; especially for mech anime standards

Tengen Toppa Gurren-Lagann

Seen: completely; Own: completely;

Last Updated: Feb 16, 2011

8.50 (very good) Definitely one of the most hotblooded and epic mecha anime I've ever seen. The plot gets even more interesting in the second stage. However, I wish it could be less comical...

Saiyuki

Seen: partially; Own: completely;

Last Updated: Feb 16, 2011

8.50 (very good) Another quite nice anime adaptation of the Chinese epic "Journey to the West". I like what I've seen until now, even though it could be supposedly oriented at girls (mainly due to the Bishonen-like characters and stuff)

Munto

Seen: partially; Own: completely;

Last Updated: Feb 16, 2011

8.50 (very good) I am still halfway through and is already looking awesome. Very deep story and interesting characters. The battle scenes are very intense

Seen: completely; Own: completely;

Inuyasha

Seen: completely; Own: completely;

Last Updated: Feb 16, 2011

8.25 (good) It tends to become repetitive sometimes, and the characters' personalities tend to become unclear after they get to develop; but it is overall good, it has a good story and plot

Dragonaut - The Resonance

Seen: completely; Own: completely;

Last Updated: May 23, 2008

Legend of Lemnear

Seen: partially; Own: partially;

Last Updated: Feb 16, 2011

8.25 (good) The manga version is a bit better than the OVA (and it has Satoshi Urushihara's art), but it is a must for fantasy fans nonetheless

Kurogane no Linebarrels

Seen: completely; Own: completely;

Last Updated: Feb 16, 2011

8.25 (good) The main character is very hard to stand at the beginning, but he keeps improving as time goes by. The mechs are good and has lots of intense battles. It needed more episodes

Super Robot Wars

Seen: partially; Own: partially;

Last Updated: Feb 16, 2011

8.25 (good) The first series (Divine Wars) is pretty bad and repetitive, and misses a lot of important events from the game; they could have tried a lot better than that. The second (The Inspector) looks a bit better as of now, but I can't say anything else until it ends... The games are great, by the way; and one of my most important references as for the mecha genre

Mobile Fighter G Gundam

Seen: completely; Own: completely;

Last Updated: Feb 16, 2011

8.25 (good) In my opinion, the best from the best from the Gundam universe, even though the plot could have been better. The mechs acquire certain charisma that makes them semi-characters unlike any other Gundam series, and the martial-arts theme is presented in a very cool way

Macross

Seen: partially

Last Updated: Feb 16, 2011

8.00 (good) The mechs aren't that interesting aside from the Macross (the battleship) itself. However, the plot and story are incredible and deep

Macross Frontier

Seen: completely; Own: completely;

Last Updated: Feb 16, 2011

8.00 (good) A very good anime from the Macross universe. Sometimes the various elements brought over from the very first series make it look kinda repetitive, but it proves to be a good anime for both Macross fans and new fans

Mobile Suit Gundam Wing

Seen: completely

Last Updated: Feb 16, 2011

7.75 (good) The designs for the Gundam mechs in this one are among my personal favorites, and the Mobilesuits are good as well. The story is good in that it somehow differs from the same old stuff that started to get repetitive in the Universal Century continuity

Mobile Suit Gundam 00

Seen: partially; Own: partially;

Last Updated: Feb 16, 2011

7.75 (good) The plot and story seems quite repetitive for Gundam standards, and tends to get boring at points. The mechs are quite despite their poor designs, and the battle scenes are awesome and dynamic

Final Fantasy Unlimited

Seen: partially; Own: completely;

Last Updated: May 23, 2008

7.50 (good) What I've seen is very good, but I still have a long way to go
