Actually it's not only KOF charas, but SNK charas, I can see Kyo, Terry, Ryo, Ash Crimson, K', Iori, Gai Tendoh (appears in KOF XI if I'm not mistaken, but he appeared in another game before) Rock Howard (Garou and KOF MI), Haohmaru (Samurai showdown) and two people I dunno (presumably the one who looks like a girl is from Last Blade)

It looks kinda similar to the compatible kaiser, also there are rumors about a fourth Dynamic General Guardian, and given the fact that Dr Kisaburo rebuilt the CompatiKaiser using his knowledge about the DGGs.... anyways, thanks for sharing this
